The story of Dzm Rugs, which has been founded in 1998, goes back to earlier. It started as a family business in the city of Istanbul. Cemal Deregozu, the founder of the Dzm Rugs, began his career in Grand Bazaar(Kapali Carsi) one of the oldest markets in the world, located in the old town of Istanbul. He has been trained as an apprentice by all the masters of handicraft in carpet production. After years of work experience in the field, he decided to establish his own company to reflect his 25 years of experience to his own brand. Currently while managing his own company, he actively takes part in all the stages from manufacturing to design while handling the sale procedures from retail to wholesale Turkish Vintage Rug / Oushak Rug / Overdyed rugs / Ethnic Kilims & Hemp. Under his leadership, we as the DZM team aim to spread the sparks of our enthusiasm to all over the world. The products which carry trademark has already began to be sold in the U.S. and the U.K. markets.
